Dear Gommunity Member:

Have you seen your P.G,&E. bill lateiy? HayeyoH.heard aboutthe

possibility of rolling blackouts this summer? What are County leaders doing

to help?

In my State ofthe County speech on January 31^, I announced the formation

of an Energy Task Force. I believe that it is important for elected officials to
make informed and intelligent decisions. The Energy Task Force will to
examine energy problems and recommend sollitions to the Board of
Supervisors.

I want to hear from you on this issue. What ideas do you have on energy
conservation? What information would be Useful to you aS you prepare for
potential power outages this coming summer?

As our Community faces the power Crisis, I believe that public input is very
impCrtant,
