Wire to:

David J. Bardin
Administrator

Economic Regulatory Administration
Department of Energy
Washington, D.C.

We urge your immediate consideration of changing the gasoline
allocations for District Nine in California.

The County of Santa Clara has declared a state of local emergency
and will implement the Odd/Even Plan.
Uniform allocations are not fair or reasonable in counties such

as this where we have a large population that travels an average
of 22 miles to work.

This county is the hardest hit in the

state of California.

Action from you increasing the allocation would be greatly
appreciated.
