Supervisor Cortese sent Board of Supervisors a memo regarding Santa Clara County had the issue of "agricultural preserved" in the South County. In addition, Supervisor Cortese addressed the County had the opportunity to promote the economic climate of Santa Clara County and to help reduce County consumption of foreign fuel by encouraging the initial investigatory phase.
