'Monstor Homes

At the request of Supervisor Kniss, the Board directed the Administration to

report off-agenda regarding homes referred to as "Monstor Homes," including
definition of "monstor home," number built in unincorporated areas in the last
ten years, issues regarding home size, comparison of home size restrictions in

local cities, an analysis of the impact on the Office of Planning, and a list of
projects for prioritization. At the request of Supervisor Gage, the Board directed
the Administration to also provide an anlysis of the impact of the above referral
on the Office of Planning and a list of planned or pending projects for the Board

to utilize in assessing prioritization of this referral.
