ANNUAL INCREMENT ACTION PLAN

The Office ofAffordable Housing was createdfrom the recommendations from the
Housing Task Force, co chaired by Jim Beall. Jim worked to get a consolidated
Housing Department in the County.
The Consolidated Plan describes the activities that the Urban County anticipates
undertaking during the five-year period ofFiscal Years 2005-2010 with funds received
through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and the Home
Investment Partnership Act (HOME) Program. These activities are intended to meet
the Urban County's affordable housing and community development needs and
objectives.
The Action Plan is an annual increment to the Consolidated Plan and describes the
specific activities that the Urban County plans to undertake to address the established
objectives.
