Status update on November/December Follow-up planning meetings with each school
district committee.(Felix & Elena)

Report on December Health Insurance sign-ups at Luther Burbank, Cambrian and Union

School Districts. (Felix)
3.

Report on the successful funding announcements of the two Westside Schools Children’s
Health Initiative funding proposal. (Hugo and Ashlee)

4.

Kudos and celebration ofWCHI stakeholders.

5.

Schedule a Work Plan Session with all CHI stakeholders to implement next steps.
¤ Meeting will take 2 ~ 3 hours. Must be done in January.
¤ Develop both short term and long term action pian.

Implementation of Health e Tracker(Elena)

7. Discussion on what to do with WCHI data/survey.

8. Discuss/plan a joint meeting with all superintendents. Supervisor Jim Beall and WCHI
stakeholders in February.
¤ Need a volunteer from one of school district to host and coordinate.
