Approve the Board of Supervisors' Committee Assignments for 1997.
Background and Reason for Recommendation:

Attached please find the Board of Supervisors' Committee Assignments for
1997. The list will be augmented slightly at a future Board meeting.

In addition, please be aware that Supervisor Alvarado and myself served in a
temporary capacity at the first Santa Qara Valley Transportation Authority
meeting last week,since our Board's committee assignments had not yet been
ratified.
