Dear Business Person,
YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE. We understand that! Let our Employment
Development Department and Silicon Valley Workforce Investment Network cut out
the guesswork and introduce a motivated and enthusiastic potential workforce of
young adults 16-24 years old, to YOU.
This year, we have dedicated the entire month of April, YOUTH EMPLOYMENT
SUCCESS MONTH, to providing services such as weekly employment readiness
trainings, a virtual job fair and a FREE Summer Youth Job Fair for youth, 16-24
years old. This will help to ensure them the best opportunity to find employment
and training opportunities for the summer.
On Thursday, April 27, 2006 3:00 - 5:30pm, I would like to cordially invite you to
join us in supporting one of these events, the ‘Summer Youth Job Fair’, at the San
Jose One-Stop, 1775 Story Rd., San Jose, CA. Prior to this event, staff will be
hosting weekly employment trainings to ensure youth are prepared for your visit.
